What he contributes on air
He frames the session as a Q&A against Lauren’s talk on shipping 2,500 PRs a month, and steers it through questions about the trust ladder, the “software factory” buzzword, verification, the mechanics of scaling, PR review at volume, and one-way-door changes. Two tips he shared are credited by name inside the stream. Lauren says she copied his tip on eliminating tautological tests, useless agent-written tests (9:30 to 9:45), and his tip to mine your own past transcripts for the corrections you keep making (1:00:35). Both point at skills-as-process.
She also names his skills to him: grilling, and combining the grill-with-docs or wayfinder skill with pstack’s execution skills (9:08, 1:02:03). He says he holds the same position she does on the environment, that you can change the agent’s environment and hand it verification tools rather than only trusting the model (15:40 to 16:00). He is filming a course in the software-factory direction and keeps his own popular skill library, a point raised in the opening exchange at 0:50 where both skill libraries came up.
